Registration and payment in full is required for every person that will be playing on our field (aside from persons participating in birthday parties, individual rentals or special events). We offer deposits. Each participant’s information and waiver is required to be processed through our system (DASH) in order to provide secondary insurance coverage and roster integrity.
All teams are required to complete a Team Registration Form, Roster/Waiver Form, and submit payment in full. We recommend completing this process at least a week prior to the start of the event. All teams are required to check in at the reception desk prior to their first game. This should be done by the team coach or manager.
All individuals are required to have completed an Individual Registration Form, Individual Waiver Form, and payment in full. We recommend completing this process at least a week prior to the start of the event. All individuals are required to check in at the reception desk prior to their first game/clinic/class.
Please provide yourself at least a 1/2 hour prior to your event to complete this procedure if you plan to complete it at the Tri-City Sports Complex office. We strongly recommend using the online option.
