  • Baby Stroller Boot Camp

    As a new parent, many times your own fitness is the last thing on your mind. With Baby Stroller Bootcamp, bring your little one along for great workouts that incorporate your baby & stroller. Join other moms & get active together with a certified fitness mom. All levels welcome. Six week sessions starting September 12.

    Baby Stroller Boot Camp #1: September 12 – October 21
    Baby Stroller Boot Camp #2: October 31 – December 16
    Baby Stroller Boot Camp #3: January 9 – February 17
    Baby Stroller Boot Camp #4: February 20 – March 31

    Days: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays
    Times: 12:00 - 1:00 pm / All Days
    Cost: $126 / 6 Week Bootcamp (18 Sessions)

    Orientation: Orientation allows each participant to track your progress during your session. Our experienced trainers will help you with Before Pictures, Weight, Measures, and Nutritional Programs. Orientation for all class participants will be the Sunday before each Session starts at 2:00 pm. (Not mandatory but helpful)

  • Early Bird Boot Camp

    This 6 week program encompasses a variety of activity that you’ll never get bored with. Taught but experienced coaches, they will be able to modify movements for any fitness levels focusing on all muscle groups & having fun. From cardio to weights, circuit training to plyometric, come start a new program or add some variety to your workout routine. With two times to choose from you can pick which class works best for your schedule, sign up TODAY, and be on your way to accomplishing your personal fitness goals. MEN AND WOMEN OF ALL FITNESS LEVELS WELCOME. Six week (18 Session) Programs starting September 12th. Orientation on September 11th.

  • Zumba

    Come dance off your calories to amazing music & great energy. Learn how to reduce your stress & have fun too with certified Zumba instructor, Aimee. MEN AND WOMEN of any fitness level are welcomed. Drop In participation welcomed….Grab a friend (Or several friends) and come have a blast and get fit with TCSC ZUMBA!

    ZUMBA is every Tuesday evening from 7:00 – 8:00 pm.
    COST: DROP IN for $7 per session or sign up for 7-8 week ZUMBA packages to save some $$

    TCSC ZUMBA #1: September 13 – October 25 (7 Sessions $42)
    TCSC ZUMBA #2: November 2 – December 20 (8 Sessions $48)
