    • Q: What is the Tri-City Sports Complex?

      A: We are a modern indoor sports facility that allows anyone and everyone the opportunity to play the sports they love, no matter what the weather is outside.

    • Q: Where is the Tri-City Sports Complex located?

      A: Tri-City Sports Complex is conveniently located at 5117 Garfield Rd., Auburn, MI 48611, just off from US-10 on the way to MBS International Airport.

    • Q: Who owns the Tri-City Sports Complex?

      A: We are owned by Top Shelv Worldwide LLC., out of Midland, MI.

    • Q: Who can use the Tri-City Sports Complex?

      A: This facility is open to everyone. Old or young, small or tall, it is here for the community and for everyone’s enjoyment.

    • Q: When is the Tri-City Sports Complex open?

      A: Monday - Friday: 7:00 a.m. - 11:00 p.m., Saturday - Sunday: 7:00 a.m. - 12:00 a.m.

    • Q: How does the dome stay inflated?

      A: The dome is an Air Supported Structure

    • Q: Do you have a meeting room?

      A: There is rentable accommodations for events and parties in our clubhouse.

    • Q: Is there a concession or vending area?

      A: There will be healthy vending machines designated within the club house.

    • Q: What is the temperature in the complex?

      A: In the winter, the temperature will stay at 55-60 degrees. In the summer, it will be closer to 75-80 degrees.

    • Q: What is the size of the Tri-City Sports Complex?

      A: The Tri-City Sports Complex is the largest structure of its kind in mid-Michigan. The actual size of the dome structure will be 73,500 sq ft.

    • Q: Is there a place to store my belongings?

      A: Yes. Patrons may store their belongings in the locker room, provided they supply their own lock.

    • Q: Are there shower facilities at Tri-City Sports Complex?

      A: There are no showers available at the facility.

    • Q: Can I bring my own food/snacks to Tri-City Sports Complex?

      A: Tri-City Sports Complex does not allow outside food or beverages to be brought into the building except for party or meeting rentals. Healthy vending machines options will be available for your convenience.

    • Q: Is there bus parking?

      A: Yes, there is a parking lot big enough for all types of vehicles.

    • Q: What if I lose something at Tri-City Sports Complex?

      A: We do have a Lost and Found department. If your item is lost or stolen, please inform the attendant at the front desk. We will ask that you prove ownership of any item(s). Tri-City Sports Complex is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

    • Q: What advertising opportunities are there available?

      A: There are all types of advertising opportunities available. Please inquire to get further details.

  • Field Questions

    • Q: What is the surface on the field?

      A: FIFA certified 2 star Turf

    • Q: What is the size of the fields?

      A: The facility will have multiple field sizes to accommodate different sports. Sizes of the fields will depend on age group and sport being played.

    • Q: Can cleats be worn on the field?

      A: We accept only plastic studded cleats no metal cleats allowed. Staff and referees will check everyone’s foot attire before each event/rental times.

    • Q: How is the field separated?

      A: If needed, the field(s) will be separated by netting across the facility.

    • Q: What sports can be played?

      A: We have had participants playing: Soccer, Baseball, Softball, Football, Ultimate Frisbee, Lacrosse, Cricket and Kickball for all age groups.

    • Q: Are spectators allowed?

      A: Yes. They will need to bring their own seating…

  • Registration/Membership/Pricing Questions

    • Q: What is the hourly rate to rent a field?

      A: Hourly rates will depend on what type of field and size the individuals are looking for. Please contact Tri-City Sports Complex for more information.

    • Q: How long or short of time can the field be rented?

      A: The minimum rental time is "one-hour". there is no max limit. Please contact Tri-City Sports Complex for more information.

    • Q: Can I register a team online?

      A: Yes, you can register for all classes, leagues, and sports via our website. Click on the login link in the top toolbar to sign up or check out what we have to offer first and then click Register.

    • Q: Do you accept credit cards for payment?

      A: Yes, we accept Visa, Master Card, and American Express. We do not accept Discover Card at this time.

    • Q: Who to make checks payable to?

      A: Please make all checks payable to Tri-City Sports Complex.

    • Q: What is the cancellation policy at Tri-City Sports Complex?

      A: 48 hours prior to the event or rental time.

    • Q: How much to register a team?

      A: Once on our website choose a sport that you’re interested in. Expand the appropriate league and see the pricing column. If you are already registered, log into your DASH account and check out pricing there.

    • Q: How do I register to play at Tri-City Sports Complex?

      A: We request that all individuals should register online at www.tricitysportscomplex.com. For more information, please contact us via our general mailbox.

    • Q: Do I need to be a member to use Tri-City Sports Complex?

      A: Everyone is welcome at Tri-City Sports Complex. Tri-City Sports Complex offers memberships for individuals and families, and it's free! You do not need to be a member to take classes, participate in drop-in activities, or rent space at Tri-City Sports Complex.

    • Q: What leagues are available for playing soccer?

      A: Rec/competitive from U-8 to Adult over 30. Please visit our soccer page for current leagues.

    • Q: What leagues are available for playing lacrosse?

    • Q: What leagues are available for playing baseball?

      A: Youth and high school leagues. Please visit our baseball page for current leagues.

    • Q: Do you have traveling teams playing at Tri-City Sports Complex?

      A: Yes, will be having traveling teams play in multiple sports.

    • Q: How will I know if a game has been cancelled?

      A: An email will be generated if your game or event is cancelled. Also, if you have the DASH Mobile app for iPhone / Android then you can be notified via a message/text.

    • Q: How many players play on the field at one time?

      A: Each league will tell you how many players are allowed on the field at one time.

    • Q: If I want to coach a team, what kind of license do I need?

      A: Clubs handle who coaches the teams. Tri-City Sports Complex does NOT make decisions for a clubs decision to hire coaches.

    • Q: Can I register my team for more than one session at a time?

      A: Registration will be available for the current upcoming session. Future session registration will be available 2-4 weeks prior to when the session will start.

    • Q: Do I need my own equipment to use Tri-City Sports Complex?

      A: You will need to bring your own equipment such as cones/pylons, soccer balls, footballs, baseballs and softballs.

    • Q: What equipment is available?

      A: Tri-City Sports Complex will supply goals, netting, bases, etc. for various sports. Personal equipment will be the responsibility of the individuals/teams.

    • Q: When are drop-ins?

      A: At the present time, we have scheduled drop-ins for soccer. We have scheduled time weekdays from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm daily.

  • Party/Event/Rental Questions

    • Q: How do I book time in Tri-City Sports Complex?

    • Q: Can I have a team party at Tri-City Sports Complex?

      A: Our Clubhouse will have space to rent for all your event needs, including team and birthday parties, social events, etc.

      A: Yes. The facility size is 73,500 sq. ft.
